DIY Lavender Bath Salts

DIY Lavender Bath Salts

After a busy day or when you are feeling worse for wear, a hot fragrant bath is the ultimate soul soother. We have a super easy but extremely lovely DIY tutorial for DIY lavender bath salts.

Directions:

  • Combine half a cup of almond oil with one cup of Epsom salts. Add 10-15 drops of pure lavender essential oil and use a spoon to mix everything evenly. Optional: Sprinkle dried lavender flowers on top for decoration.
  • The oil will pamper dry, parched skin, and the epsom salts are great for relieving aching muscles. Your bathroom will end up smelling like a spa and who wouldn’t love that?

Tip:

Make sure you are using essential oil and not fragrance oil to get the most out of this relaxing experience.
