And we’ve also made a conscious effort not to load our superfood beauty smoothie with high sugar fruit because sugar causes wrinkles (yes, really).
The sweetness comes from a bit of apple and the goji berries that are little nuggets of antioxidants bursting with awesome flavor. To make this smoothie more filling, we’ve added coconut oil (good fats are great for moisturizing the skin from within!) and cashews for protein and creaminess.
Recipe:
Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender till smooth.
