Candy Corn Smoothie

Candy Corn Smoothie

We are fans of having a healthy Halloween and got inspired to put a fun and nutritious spin on an iconic treat — candy corn.

This tropical smoothie will not only sit pretty on your table but has loads of yummy vitamins and collagen peptides that will help keep your skin glowing and radiant (underneath all that Halloween makeup no less!).

Recipe

Yellow Layer:

Orange Layer:

White Layer:

Blend the ingredients for the yellow layer in a high-speed blender and pour into glasses. Put in less liquid first and then add if necessary to get things moving in the blender. You want as little liquid as possible to achieve a thick consistency. Freeze the yellow layer for 15-20 minutes to make it more solid.

Repeat the same with the orange layer. The freezing helps to make the layers thick enough so that they can sit on each other without being mixed up. Finally, spoon coconut yogurt over the two layers and you have a gorgeous layered smoothie.
