Cherry Berry Smoothie

We love it when cherries come into season in summer — this means we can make our favorite cherry berry smoothie for breakfast.

Packed with antioxidants, fiber, and vitamin C, this sweet-tasting drink has sneaky spinach leaves that you can’t detect because of all the other wonderful ingredients!

Take it up a notch with a scoop of collagen peptide powder and make this into a beauty powerhouse.

Recipe:

  • 1 cup frozen or fresh pitted cherries
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed meal
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1½ cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop Sparkle Skin Boost with Verisol
