Citrus Gorgonzola Walnut Salad

by Yu Ming O'Neil

Looking for a healthy lunch idea? We have a delicious orange walnut gorgonzola salad for you today. We put a scoop of Sparkle into the dressing and it totally works — not only does it pair well with the citrus flavor but it gives your skin an added beauty boost.

For the salad:

Toss toasted walnuts, salad greens, oranges, gorgonzola cheese, red onion, and top with grilled chicken (or your choice of protein).

For the dressing:

Combine the following in a small jar with a lid.

1/4 cup olive oil

14 cup vegetable oil

2/3 cup water mixed with 1 scoop Sparkle Collagen with Verisol

1/4 cup sugar

2 tbs balsamic vinegar

2 tsp Dijon mustard

1/4 tsp dried oregano

1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Seal jar, shake to mix and pour over salad.

We hope this recipe shows you don’t have to consume Sparkle only in beverages, but you can add it to food, too.
