Coconut Nog

Coconut Nog

We have a healthy twist on a much beloved Christmas beverage — egg nog. It doesn’t have any alcohol or egg yolks in this version so it’s a guilt-free treat.

But the best part is that the high fatty acid content in coconut milk acts as a natural moisturizer for skin and improves elasticity. Put a scoop of collagen peptide powder for more anti-aging power.

Recipe:

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop Sparkle Skin Boost

Pour this tasty and thick smoothie into a glass and sprinkle some cinnamon on top. You might just make another batch immediately because it’s that delicious.
