Energy Smoothie

Happy hump day! We’ve got a super yummy smoothie recipe for you today — it’s the perfect pick-me-up! Forget that cup of coffee and choose fresh fruit and hydration instead. This can be great pre-work fuel or a light snack.

It’s a satisfying smoothie with loads of vitamins from the fruit and what adds a special touch is our collagen peptide powder that gives skin a beautifying boost by nourishing it from the inside out.

Recipe:

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 orange
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon protein powder (optional)
  • 1 scoop Sparkle Skin Boost with Verisol

Throw everything into a high-speed blender and remember to use frozen fruit to get that beautiful thick texture. Don’t forget that last touch of vanilla essence to help your smoothie taste like dessert.
