How To Add Sparkle To Iced Tea

How To Add Sparkle To Iced Tea

Craving a little caffeine? Try this recipe to help you do double duty — get your dose of collagen peptides for the day and  wake you up in the morning.

Directions:

Steep one black tea bag in two cups of hot water for five minutes. Take out the tea bag and add a scoop of Sparkle Skin Boost Orange powder. This will give your iced tea a citrus kick and some beauty oomph.

You can stir till the powder dissolves completely or let it sit for 5-10 minutes while you make the rest of your breakfast. In a glass full of ice, pour the warm tea and add a squeeze of lemon juice if you love your tea extra citrusy.

Tip: Don’t add the powder after putting in the ice cubes because collagen peptide powder tends to cling to ice in clumps. And never add lemon juice to hot liquids as it would kill all the wonderful enzymes and vitamins lemons are so great for — always add it to room temperature or cold tea or water.
