Hydrating Celery Wellness Shot

If you feel like you’ve been ignoring your water intake or just feeling a little hung over and dehydrated, celery juice is the answer. Celery is incredibly hydrating and acts as a diuretic that helps to eliminate toxins and clear your skin up.

Celery juice on its own is pretty hard to stomach so here is a potent but highly palatable wellness shot recipe you can down in the morning. You will feel more energized and your gut will thank you for it.

Our addition of our orange-flavored collagen peptide powder lends a beautifying oomph to this wellness juice shot. The cayenne in this recipe gives extra detoxifying power.

Recipe:

  • 3 celery stalks
  • 1 Granny Smith apple
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Small handful of parsley
  • 1-inch knob of ginger
  • 1 cup water
  • Pinch of cayenne
  • 1 scoop Sparkle Skin Boost with Verisol

Put everything in a high-speed blender and then separate the pulp from the juice using a strainer.

Tip: Use a spoon to stir the pulp to quicken the straining process.
