Pineapple Creamsicle

Pineapple Creamsicle

We can’t live without smoothies at Sparkle HQ and this is one of our all-time loves — a pineapple twist on a classic smoothie.

Recipe:

  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup water
  • 1-2 tablespoons coconut yogurt
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1-inch knob of ginger (optional)
  • 1 scoop Sparkle Skin Boost with Verisol

To give it an extra special spicy kick, we pop in a bit of fresh ginger. Make sure you freeze your fruit because that would make your smoothie extra creamy.

Start with less water and work your way up because too much liquid would make this slushy drink too fluid.

This juicy beverage also gives you anti-aging goodness in the form of collagen peptides that will saturate your skin with wrinkle fighting nutrients.
