Pumpkin Spice Green Smoothie

We have a fall-inspired green smoothie for you pumpkin spice lovers out there. So energizing and tasty, you might want to pass on that latte and drink this instead.

Boosted with collagen peptide powder, this nutrient-dense smoothie will help your skin achieve a lit-from-within glow — reducing fine lines and wrinkles while making skin fuller and plumper.

Packed with omega fatty acids and protein, this beauty powerhouse will keep hunger pangs at bay till lunch.

 

Recipe:

  • 2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree*
  • 1 cup of frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of flax seed meal
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 teaspoon of pumpkin spice
  • Dash of vanilla essence
  • 1 cup of baby spinach
  • 1 scoop of Sparkle Skin Boost Apple & Ginger

*To make pumpkin puree, just boil raw pumpkin chunks in water for 15 minutes till the water is almost gone, switch off the stove, and mash with a potato masher to create a thick paste.
