Red Smoothie

Red Smoothie

The more colorful your diet, the more varied the vitamins and minerals you’ll get into your body.

Today we bring you a delicious red smoothie that is packed with antioxidants from red-colored berries and the mighty superfood, goji berry — inspired by Gwyneth Paltrow’s cookbook, It’s All Good.

It’s a fun twist on your classic berry smoothie with skin-loving nutrients, like collagen peptides, raw honey and coconut oil.

Recipe:

  • 2 tablespoons goji berries
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 tablespoons raw honey
  • 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
  • 1½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop Sparkle Skin Boost

Blend all the ingredients until smooth and pour into a tall glass.

Tip: You may want to soak the goji berries overnight to make blending easier. Dried goji berries may end up a little gritty in a non-high-speed blender.
