Skin Plumping Smoothie

This creamy dreamy smoothie is packed full of skin nutrition — acai gives loads of antioxidants, while coconut water hydrates and has potassium which enables cellular cleansing.

It’s got avocado that has a surprisingly good amount of vitamin C and moisturizing fatty acids. Don’t forget the coconut oil that’s also nourishing for your skin.

Our addition of collagen peptides gives this beauty drink even more anti-aging power — they help reduce wrinkles and improve the elasticity of your skin.

Slurp this baby up because it will help your skin stay plump and radiant.

Recipe:

  • 1 tablespoon acai powder
  • 1½ cups coconut water
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • ½ cup frozen berries or ice (optional)
  • 1 scoop Sparkle Skin Boost

Tip: You don’t really need other fruit in this smoothie as the coconut water naturally sweetens everything up. If you do want fruit, add frozen berries for extra antioxidant oomph.
