Skinny Jeans Smoothie

Skinny Jeans Smoothie

Are you feeling bloated and bleah after the holidays? We have an awesome smoothie recipe that will help you get rid of nasty water retention and fill your body with yummy vitamins.

The key ingredient here is parsley which is great for decreasing water weight. We love flat-leaf parsley for its lovely fresh flavor but curly parsley also works great.

Parsley is also full of antioxidants and vitamin C that are excellent for skin repair, plus our addition of Sparkle collagen peptides will give your skin an extra beauty boost.

Recipe:

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup fresh parsley
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 kiwi
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 scoop Sparkle Skin Boost
