Strawberry Mint Tea

Strawberry Mint Tea

The great thing about strawberries is that they are so flavorful without being very sweet and naturally sweetens up a beverage.

This refreshing fizzy iced tea is the perfect thirst-quencher and it’s so easy to make.

If you are a soda addict and trying to wean off the stuff, this could be a healthy but tasty alternative.

Recipe:

  • 1 hibiscus tea bag
  • 2-3 juicy strawberries, sliced
  • A handful mint leaves
  • 1 cup of water
  • ½ cup of soda water (optional)
  • 1 scoop of Sparkle Skin Boost with Verisol

Steep one hibiscus tea bag, mint leaves, and sliced strawberries in water and put it in the fridge for at least two hours but overnight would be best to get a richly flavored cold brew.

Stir in one scoop of our orange flavored collagen peptide powder till it dissolves or just let it stand for a couple of minutes.

Top with soda water and add ice.
