Super Antioxidant Smoothie

Nourish your skin with this delectable smoothie that has an epic dose of antioxidants. The main star of this recipe is fresh pomegranate, which also has vitamins A, E, K, B vitamins and dietary fiber, besides skin-loving antioxidants.

Recipe:

  • ½ cup fresh pomegranate seeds
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 apple
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 1 scoop Sparkle Skin Boost

This potent blend will help combat free radicals that damage the skin and cause aging.

Tip: To de-seed a pomegranate, cut it in half, gently press the sides of the halves to loosen the seeds, then turn them upside down (seed-side face down) in your hand with fingers splayed over a bowl, and hit the top and sides with a wooden spoon.
