Zesty Kiwi Pineapple Smoothie

Zesty Kiwi Pineapple Smoothie

If you need a summery pick-me-up in the morning, this is your answer.

Sometimes the thought of kale or spinach may be a bit much for a sleepy start to the day, so why not use mint? It’s refreshing, tasty, and great as a skin-cleansing ingredient in a smoothie.

Mint is an excellent source of beta-carotene and vitamin C, magnesium, calcium, copper, iron, and potassium. This lovely herb also aids digestion, lowers blood pressure, and relieves congestion in the respiratory tract.

Ginger will not only lend a zesty kick to this tropical-flavored smoothie, but will help support your immune system and increase the absorption of nutrients in your body.

Last but not least, our orange-flavored collagen peptide powder transforms this simple smoothie into a beauty powerhouse that will keep your skin plump and glowing.

Recipe:

  • 1½ cups of coconut milk
  • 1 green kiwi, frozen
  • 1 cup of pineapple chunks, frozen
  • Handful of mint leaves
  • 1-inch knob of ginger
  • 1 scoop of Sparkle Skin Boost with Verisol®

Put everything in a high-speed blender and blend till smooth. Freezing your fruit will help give that wonderfully thick texture you get at smoothie bars.
