Beauty Popsicles

Beauty Popsicles

Looking for a healthy dessert? Try these Beauty Popsicles that are low-calorie and packed with vitamins.

We like to mix Sparkle into water or plain yogurt and freeze them into popsicles for a simple citrus icy treat, but you can let your imagination run wild here, and add any fruit or yogurt you like.

Kiwis are chock full of vitamin C and your skin will love it.

Recipe:

  • ½ ripe kiwi (mash or cut into small pieces)
  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 1 scoop Sparkle Skin Boost

Mix everything together with a spoon and then pour into popsicle molds and freeze overnight.

Tip: Plain yogurt and kiwi together can be quite tart, so if you like your popsicles a little sweeter, add honey or brown rice syrup or your choice of sweetener, or use sweeter fruit like melon or peach.
