Beauty Toast

Beauty Toast

Almond butter is a healthier alternative to conventional peanut butter but some of us who are trying hard to get on the healthy train can’t really get on board with it because its unsweetened pure state can be a little pasty, and well, tasteless.

So let’s dress your toast up! Always try to choose gluten free bread (going gluten free helps to reduce inflammation in the body), but if you can’t, a fiber-rich multigrain one will do (stay away from that white stuff!).

All you need to do is to spread some almond butter on your toast, sprinkle half a scoop of Sparkle Skin Boost Orange Powder, and top with blueberries.

The collagen peptides will saturate your cells and keep your skin glowing and in shippy shape.

The beauty of this is that you can use whatever spread you wish (try cashew butter, pumpkin seed butter, or unsweetened peanut butter as really yummy alternatives) and top with any fruit you have on hand — easy peasy and so good!
