Berry Chia Breakfast Jar

Berry Chia Breakfast Jar

Looking for a fresh and easy breakfast? Our berry chia pudding in a jar has layers of superfoods, probiotics, antioxidants and fiber that will nourish your body and give you an energy boost.

This simple recipe has a heck load of nutrients that won’t burden your digestive system.

Acai is a powerful antioxidant (more so than blueberries!) that helps fight oxidative stress.

The cashew butter and chia seeds will fill you up more than you’ll expect, plus the thick coconut yogurt has lots of good healhy fats.

Chia Pudding Layer:

  • 4 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 1 cup of acai berry smoothie*

Acai Berry Smoothie:

  • 1 tablespoon of acai powder
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon of cashew butter (or nut butter of your choice)
  • ½ cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • Splash of vanilla oil

Soak the chia seeds in the acai berry smoothie overnight. In the morning, top with unsweetened coconut yogurt mixed with Sparkle Skin Boost Orange with Verisol. Garnish with kiwi slices and blueberries.

If you want a heartier breakfast, add half a cup of granola.
