Cashew Dip

Cashew Dip

This phenomenal raw dip is the type of appetizer that your guests will want to continue eating with the main meal if they haven’t already noshed on everything.

The cilantro, ginger, and chili truly make this dip vibrantly flavorful and surprisingly rich and creamy. Pop in a beauty-boosting scoop of Sparkle and your friends will definitely have something to talk about.

The best thing is that it’s so quick and easy to make.

Recipe:

  • 1 cup soaked raw cashews (soak for at least 4 hours but optional*)
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 4 tablespoons of filtered water
  • ½ teaspoon of grated ginger
  • 5-6 sprigs of cilantro
  • Pinch of chili flakes
  • Sea salt to taste
  • 1 scoop Sparkle Skin Boost with Verisol

Put all your ingredients into a food processor and blend till smooth. You may need to add a bit more water to get everything going but do it bit by bit till you get a smooth texture.

Pair with veggie sticks, tortilla chips, and rice crackers to make a simple nibble plate.

*Soaking raw nuts helps to break down the phytic acid so that your body can digest them more easily.
