Cinnamon & Pear Bircher Muesli

Cinnamon & Pear Bircher Muesli

Fall is creeping up on us and we love cinnamon in our breakfast at Sparkle HQ.

What better way to appreciate this beloved spice than with crispy, juicy pear?

And you know what goes well with pear and cinnamon? Our citrus-flavored collagen peptide powder that will also keep your skin smooth and radiant.

The mélange of sweet, spicy, and tart would make your taste buds sigh with pleasure.

Recipe:

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1-1½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • ½ cup chopped fresh pear
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Sprinkle of raisins
  • 1 scoop of Sparkle Skin Boost with Verisol

Soak the rolled oats and chia seeds in almond milk overnight (or at least an hour). In the morning, chop up half a pear, toss in some raisins, and put in a dash of cinnamon — and your delicious breakfast bowl is ready!
