How To Add Sparkle To Salad Dressing

How To Add Sparkle To Salad Dressing

We’ve mostly been adding Sparkle to beverages and yogurt that are more breakfast related, but did you know, Sparkle tastes really awesome in savory foods too?

One of our fave ways to consume Sparkle is to mix it in our favorite salad dressing and drizzle it all over a fresh and healthy salad.

We tend to avoid store-bought salad dressings because we may not be able to control the amount of sugar or other unwanted ingredients like dairy or thickeners.

A homemade salad dressing with olive oil typically lasts a week so we whizz up a batch and use it through the week.

Here is a simple vinaigrette dressing recipe that has four ingredients:

{3 servings}

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk till it looks creamy. Store in an air-tight jar and keep refrigerated. The dressing will separate after awhile so when you want to use it again, pour a serving in a small bowl, and use a whisk to whip it into a creamy consistency again in just seconds.

These are our fave salad recipes that incorporate Sparkle:

Beauty Buddha Bowl

Haloumi Mint Pea Salad

Summer Cobb Salad
