Make a Nutrient Dense Smoothie Bowl

Our Sparkle Collagen Protein Smoothie Mixes are super convenient for a quick smoothie (banana + water & ice + 4 tbs of Smoothie Mix of your choice) but it’s also great if you want a heartier smoothie - awesome for when you want to get fancy and make a nutrient dense smoothie bowl.

Recipe:

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 medium ripe banana, preferably frozen 
  • 1 tsp extra virgin coconut oil
  • Handful of walnuts
  • 3/4 cup water or nut milk 
  • 4 tbs of Collagen Protein Smoothie Mix Acai Berry Blend

If it is proving a little hard to blend, then add a bit of water

Our toppings used in the photo are gluten free granola, shredded coconut, banana, and nectarine.
