Orange Avocado Salad

Orange Avocado Salad

We have a colorful and tasty salad recipe that will lift you out of a palate rut and get your skin glowing. Simple additions like slices of orange or slivers of red onion can truly transform a basic salad with the usual trimmings.

What’s extra special about this salad is the Mexican-inspired cilantro-lime vinaigrette and our orange-flavored collagen peptide powder lends a lovely citrus burst.

Dressing recipe:

  • 1 cup cilantro
  • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • Juice of one lime
  • Juice of one orange
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • Pinch of minced garlic
  • 1 scoop of Sparkle Skin Boost with Verisol

For the salad, we used Romaine lettuce, avocado, orange slices, red onion, and cucumber.
