Pumpkin Pie Breakfast Bowl

Pumpkin Pie Breakfast Bowl

At Sparkle HQ, we are huge fans of smoothie bowls because it’s a great combo of the two things we love — smoothies and cereal!

We have a very special Pumpkin Pie Breakfast Bowl recipe for those craving a nutritious morning fall meal. It’s so comforting and tasty you might make it all year round.

Breathing in crisp fall air is one of the best things in the world but dry weather is not your skin’s best friend. To fortify your skin as it gets more parched and fragile, add a scoop of collagen peptide powder to your diet daily.

Recipe:

  • 1 cup of pumpkin puree
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon of protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of pumpkin spice
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
  • ¼ teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • ½-¾ cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop of Sparkle Skin Boost with Verisol

To get a thick consistency, use less almond milk — start with half a cup and increase bit by bit if your blender needs more liquid to get moving. For more tips on how to make great smoothies, here’s a great list of pointers.

Here are some toppings we would suggest: sliced banana, chopped apple, granola, cacao nibs, but feel free to add whatever you like.
