Pumpkin Pie Breakfast Bowl

At Sparkle HQ, we are huge fans of smoothie bowls because it’s a great combo of the two things we love — smoothies and cereal!

We have a very special Pumpkin Pie Breakfast Bowl recipe for those craving a nutritious morning fall meal. It’s so comforting and tasty you might make it all year round.

Breathing in crisp fall air is one of the best things in the world but dry weather is not your skin’s best friend. To fortify your skin as it gets more parched and fragile, add a scoop of collagen peptide powder to your diet daily.

 

Recipe:

  • 1 cup of pumpkin puree
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon of protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of pumpkin spice
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
  • ¼ teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • ½-¾ cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop of Sparkle Skin Boost with Verisol
