Pumpkin Yogurt Parfait

Pumpkin Yogurt Parfait

Fall is here and it’s time to break out that pumpkin puree!

Pumpkin is full of vitamin A, C, and E that are great for keeping skin in tip-top condition.

The powerful carotenoids also fight wrinkles by neutralizing free radicals which damage cells. We think this is reason enough to start loving pumpkin.

This recipe makes two parfaits.

For the pumpkin layer:

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • Splash of almond milk
  • ¼ teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 2 shakes of cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon protein powder
  • For the yogurt layer:
  • 6 tablespoons yogurt
  • 2 scoops Sparkle Skin Boost with Verisol
  • 2-3 shakes of cinnamon

Put all the ingredients into a food processor for the pumpkin layer and blend till smooth. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, cinnamon, and Sparkle together.

Layer the pumpkin mixture, the yogurt, banana slices, and some healthy granola. Repeat and use cinnamon sticks to garnish. Finally, tuck into this scrumptious ensemble.
