Quick & Easy Coconut Yogurt
Coconut yogurt has become mainstream and it’s a delicious alternative to conventional yogurt for folks who want to avoid dairy.
Unfortunately, some coconut yogurt brands use lots of sugar and fillers to make their products taste good.
Here’s a quick-and-easy homemade yogurt recipe that doesn’t involve fermenting — really? Yes, we promise.
Recipe:
- 1 cup full fat coconut cream, chilled
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2-3 tablespoons brown rice syrup
- 2-3 capsules of probiotics
Make sure you chill the coconut cream overnight at least so it becomes thick. In a food processor, blend all the ingredients till you attain a whipped texture.
For toppings, sprinkle a scoop of Sparkle Skin Boost with Verisol, add granola and berries to turn this into a full-fledged breakfast with a beautifying boost.
You still get your probiotic fix and the tanginess of yogurt with this simple method without having to wait for 24-48 hours.
Did you know probiotics is great for glowing skin? The good bacteria in probiotics help to restore a healthy balance in your gut that in turn fixes a myriad of skin issues like acne, rosacea, and eczema.
