Our Refund Policy
We offer a full money refund under the following circumstances:
- You must contact us on email [email protected] within 30 days of the shipment date to notify us that you wish to return the product and the reason for the return.
- We will then advise you of the shipment address for returning product.
- If the reason for the return is due to an error on our processing of your order, we will refund the return shipment costs in addition to the order costs. If the reason for the return is not due to an error in our processing of the order, you will bear the cost of the return shipping.
- Upon receipt of the returned product, we will then process a refund, using the same payment method when you placed the initial order.
An Important Note
It is important that you do not ship the product back to us before receiving instructions on where to return the product.
Our return address varies based on your location and the product, so you need to receive our instruction on where to send the return. Please do not post returns to our PO Box in San Francisco, nor to our offices in New York.
You must wait to receive address instructions from our support staff by email before sending back the product.
