I was a little disappointed due to the dose amount 6 cap. I really can't give an honest review due to I've been taking them for onlt 3 days, will update in 3 months.
Too sweet. I bought the chocolate flavor to try in my coffee. It has monk fruit as a sweetener. It does dissolve well.
If I get through this bag I would buy the unflavored next.
I like the price, the target of tendons, and the very easy mixing into a cup of coffee.
However, I've gone without for several days, as I'm still waiting for a delivery of my automatic monthly product.

I tore my supraspinatous rotator cuff and 6 weeks post op I retore 20% trying to get back into activities too soon. I started joint boost and of coarse physical therapy and I do believe I have progressed faster due to the sparkle joint boost . I’m 68 and very athletic and active and I think this supplement has made a difference in recovery and movement ability in my shoulder. The shoulder is so complex and of all the joints - it moves in more different ways than any other joint!
Just finished my first bag of the 4 in 1. Nit seeing any difference in my skin, hair or nails. Just started my 2nd bag this morning. Hopefully after this bag will see a difference. I like the envelope provided to send the bag back for recycle. One thing I wish the product came with is a pre measured scoop even if with your first bag to make that process more accurate
I really enjoy the taste of this supplement. It tastes natural and no artificial flavors.
I wanted to try this because of its additional benefits beyond my regular bone mineral boost. I didn’t like it because the serving size of 3 tablespoons did not dissolve well in my coffee. It just turned into gummy globs. Switching back to bone mineral boost!
This collagen supplement mixes better than any others I have tried, and does not leave the game after taste of other high-quality collagen supplements I have used. It dissolves more easily in hot beverages and even in cold ones if I stir it immediately and briskly. I have been using it for less than a month, though, so I think it is too soon to see any results… I have not noticed any thus far.

Just started using the joint boost and really like the fact there is no taste and it dissolves quickly and completely. My arthritis in my fingers has eased off a great deal, look forward to seeing any further benefits with my knees. Thanks.
I was taking a generic, well-rated collagen, but then I read about the four targeted and patented forms of collagen in Sparkle's 4-in-1 Collagen Boost. I've been taking it for several months and have no idea if it's making a difference. I wonder if it's worth twice the price of other collagens.
I appreciate their effort to be environmentally conscious by including a return envelope for the plastic bag, but I suspect the fuel used to manufacture and transport the envelope back to Sparkle cancels out the benefit of keeping the bag out of the trash. A biodegradable bag might be a better solution. One thing I can say: it dissolves quickly in coffee.
Overall, I can't point to a noticeable difference after several months, so I'm not convinced it justifies the premium price over a standard collagen supplement.
I found Sparkle Welness when I was searching for a protein and collagen supplement to help me build more bone density after being diagnosed with osteoporosis. It has all the right ingredients, and the clinical test results, to help me achieve that goal.
I didn’t see any significant benefits using this product so I have returned to my other product that works very well.
Easy to mix right into my morning coffee. No taste or texture!
It does have a little taste but nothing terrible and it doesn’t dissolve as easily as the formula that isn’t 4 in one. I can’t remember which that is that I used before. This clumps and I have to stir it to get the clumps out

Because it contains multiple bioactive collagen peptides, it can sometimes take a little more mixing to fully dissolve—especially when mixed directly into very cold or iced beverages. Cold temperatures can cause the powder (in all our collagen products) to clump before it has a chance to fully dissolve.
For the smoothest consistency, we recommend:
-Mix the powder with room-temperature water or another beverage first.
-Stir or shake thoroughly until the powder is fully dissolved.
-Add ice afterward to chill your drink.
-If needed, continue stirring or shaking briefly before drinking.
