It does have a little taste but nothing terrible and it doesn’t dissolve as easily as the formula that isn’t 4 in one. I can’t remember which that is that I used before. This clumps and I have to stir it to get the clumps out
Sparkle Wellness has helped me skin, hair, ;but most importantly my joints. If I miss one day I feel it in my joints. The only thing I ask is if it could be made in travel packets that would be great!
I wish your collagen be without sugar, I know is monkftuit but still hope you can make a powder without sugar. That’s the reason I have to cancel my subscription
I bought the 4in1 primarily for the face. On week 2, I noticed less hairfall, like 50% less on the shower drain. On week 3, I noted the skin on my arms looking plumper, as if I put lotion on it. I did not see immediate effect on my face because I already use a lot of skincare products including peptides, exosomes and retinol. But one morning (week 4), after a crappy night of sleep, I was surprised to see a crease-free face staring back at me in the mirror. It usually is dry or has creases from sleeping on my side. I only use 80% if the recommended dose to save. during gym days, I take it 1 hour before workout for the tendon/joint/ligament benefits. I have started taking it with MSM because studies showed that combining both has a synergistic effect. I can't wait what other results it will bring in the next weeks/months.

I’m 47 in menopause & this collagen has helped so much. I’ve only been taking it for a few weeks but I will say for me personally, I’ve noticed within a week of taking this my wrist stopped hurting. For a year it literally felt like it was going to break with the wrong move. And idk if it’s coincidence that it all of a sudden stopped hurting or if it’s this collagen but this product has really great peptides that almost all other collagens are lacking. So I’ll keep using this no matter what. I love that it’s clean & 3rd party tested as well,

I love how this is an all in one formula! Makes it easy in the morning with just one scoop in my coffee. The only thing I would change is I wish it was in a canister. It would be easier to open and close than the ziplock bag it's in right now. Otherwise great product. I'm on my 3rd bag!
The powder dissolves completely into my coffee. No taste no grit. My skin is definitely glowing. I love how easy it has been to make part of my morning.

I have been using the Sparkle 4;1 boost for almost 3 months. I cannot say I noticed any difference but what I can say is it caused bloating with me. It took me a while to figure out the source. Once I stopped the Sparkle it stopped. Also I have never seen any other collagen product that requires 3 tablespoons for a serving. Other products have basically the same ingredients and you only use a scoop.
Love the products. I definitely feel better when I take them. The orange flavor is great and I take the non flavor in my ice almond latte in the afternoon.
