I have been using sparkle wellness for two months now, I definitely feel a reduction in pain in my knees, it took about a month of daily use. Wonderful product, I do recommend it.
I like the pink lemonade flavor, it tastes like any other drink mix. The exception being it has collagen and other minerals. Not sure if it's helping yet, but I will continue to use.

This is the first collagen I’ve ever used that I see a noticeable difference. I recommend this product to everyone.
I was taking collagen in liquid form for some time having been led to believe that it was more effectively delivered in that form. I ran out and decided to try Sparkle wellness “Marine Collagen Powder”. I saw an immediate effect on my nails that normally are thin and breakable. The improvement on my nails could never be coincidental. It is too dramatic. So, if my nails are this happy, so must be my hair and my skin. I am fortunate to not have a lot of wrinkles and do cellulite at the age of 76, but there is some sagging. I plan to up my exercise routine for toning and expect that the combination of this product with the exercise and good nutrition will work together to promote continued younger and stronger appearance.
Last bone density test in 3/25 showed mild osteoporosis even though I had taken other vitamins, minerals and exercises. I am hoping this bone mineral boost will add strength and density on next test. My doctor support my health goals.
This collagen has minimal flavor and is pleasant to add to my morning tea. I am seeing strength coming back to my nails. Hopefully, my bones are also benefiting!

I have taken the Advance 4-in-1 Booster for about two months. Except it dissolves quickly in water, I cannot yet comment further in term of how it helps with my skin, bone, or ligments. It requires very specific tests to find out.
Product is very satisfactory in every way. Flavor and performance. Very disappointed in the service and shipping. First time order was no problem arrived in a timely fashion. Second order tracking went still at a facility that never takes longer then 48 hours to revive from after it reaches that facility. This time tracking stopped so I reached out and got a AI robot that keep telling me it was on a transit when tracking never showed it left. 8 days later tracking says it’s was undeliverable was returned. Now it’s been almost 3 weeks since it was ordered and still no product. The email system should be monitored by a real person so when a problem arise it can be resolved. Now I’m out my money and the product hopping I can get a real answer and resolution on the issue at hand. If ordered don’t believe the tracking or the AI for any help.

Sparkle Wellness 4 in 1 is my favorite collagen powder. Their customer service is also amazing. I accidentally double ordered and they let me know immediately.
My PCP kept trying to convince me to get infusions for osteoporosis. I refused. After researching, especially long-term studies of Fortibone, I had been on original Sparkle just a few months before a bone scan. Results revealed that my numbers were steady. When it became available, I opted for Sparkle Advanced 4-in-1. My next scan won’t be until 2027. In the meantime, I can have dental work done without having to take antibiotics and I feel confident that my markers of bone loss will not worsen. I will continue to lift weights and do aerobics classes along with daily doses of Sparkle 4-in-1, the perfect recipe for bone health!

I’ve been taking this for a year. I’m 68 and need the collagen. I’ve seen hair growth, nail strength and growth and best of all, plumper looking skin.
I love the tangy fruity flavor of this collagen! I put some in my yogurt every day - it mixes up perfectly and makes a great dessert. Yum
