I don't know. I'm done with my early. Given the price, that's pretty disappointing. I don't even use heaping tablespoons, I use flat ones. As far as the benefits, it's hard to say right now. I'm fighting some inflammation in my knee and it's just a temporary severe situation. My skin seems fine, but I had some hormonal acne. I do love that there is protein in it, which makes it a bit more worth the money.
