Sparkle Forward: Wellness Reset Giveaway Policy
1. Eligibility:
The giveaway is open to residents of the U.S aged 18 years or older. Employees of Sparkle Wellness, its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
2. Entry Period:
Entries will be accepted from December 6, 2025, until December 21, 2025. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.
3. How to Enter:
Participants must complete the short form listed in the email and provided in social media posts regarding the Sparkle Forward: Wellness Reset Giveaway, and should also follow @lovesparkle.life on Instagram as well as comment on the Instagram Post for said giveaway.
4. Prize:
One winner will receive a 3-Month Personal Coaching Journey, including:
Fitness Coaching with Jai: Week 1: 60-minute virtual “Foundation Session” to establish baseline, goals, and a starter action plan. Followed by Months 1-3: Monthly 4-week progressive workout plans.
Bi-Weekly: 30-minute virtual check-ins (6 total). Ongoing priority email support for form checks or quick questions. Month 3: 45-minute “Next Steps” virtual call to establish a sustainable plan.
Nutrition & Mindset Coaching: Nutrition: 1 x 60-minute consultation with Leanne to align nutrition with fitness goals (Month 1). Mindset: 1 x 60-minute consultation with Nutrition Aligned to address barriers and support progress (Month 2).
5. Products:
Three months of Sparkle Wellness products (selected by Sparkle Wellness team) to include a 3-month supply of a set of products recommended by the SW Fitness Coach & SW Nutrition Coaches.
6. Winner Selection: Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and will be notified via email provided in form submitted, or by direct message in Instagram account within 10 business days after the entry period closes.
7. Claiming the Prize:
The winner must respond within 4 days of being notified to claim their prize. If no response is received, Sparkle Wellness reserves the right to select an alternate winner. Winner must also meet eligibility requirements and show a genuine interest.
8. Restrictions:
Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Sparkle Wellness reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not comply with these terms.
9. Publicity:
By entering, the winner agrees to allow Sparkle Wellness to use their name, image and testimonial for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability:
Sparkle Wellness is not responsible for any technical errors, lost or late entries or other issues beyond our control. Participation is at the entrant’s own risk.
11. Privacy:
Entrants’ personal information will be used solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway and in accordance with Sparkle Wellness’s privacy policy.
