Our Shipping Policy
All shipments are processed from our shipping facility in Granbury Texas.
We aim to process & ship all orders within 2 business days, though typically shipments will be processed in 1 business day.
In exceptional circumstances, shipment processing times may extend beyond 2 business days, and when this occurs we undertake best endeavours to communicate the cause of the delay.
We do not offer an expedited shipping service.
Shipments to addresses within the United States will be shipped with any of USPS First Class mail, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS SurePost at our discretion.
Shipments to addresses outside the United States will be shipped by USPS First Class International or USPS International Priority at our discretion.
For shipments outside the United States , as the recipient of the incoming shipment, you should be aware that your shipment may be subject to customs fees, sales taxes, customs processing agency fees and other import related costs. It is your responsibility to be aware of these charges and to settle them should they occur. The cart price for your purchase does not anticipate or include any import costs, and as such Sparkle Wellness accepts no responsibility should any import charges arise.

With the exception of potential import costs for international orders, all other shipping costs, if any, will be disclosed during the check-out process and will be included in your final order amount.
