Nutrient-Dense Collagen Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Nutrient-Dense Collagen Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Our collagen powders are super convenient for a quick smoothie but it’s also great for when you want a heartier snack or breakfast. Try this when you're craving for something more than a beverage that's nutrient dense and more filling.

Recipe:

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 medium ripe banana, preferably frozen
  • 1 tsp extra virgin coconut oil
  • Handful of walnuts
  • 3/4 cup water or nut milk
  • 1 serving of your preferred Sparkle collagen powder

If it is proving a little hard to blend, then add a bit of water.

Our go-to toppings are gluten free (and keto) granola, shredded coconut, banana, and nectarine.
