Chai Breakfast Bowl

A breakfast bowl is a great way to get a bunch of nutrient-dense food into your system, especially if you are a little tired of your usual smoothie game.

Chai is one of our all-time favorite flavors, especially in the colder months, and this chai smoothie base is a comforting dessert-like alternative to fruitier berry and green bowls.

 

Recipe:

  • ½ cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon of oats
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Pinch of ginger powder
  • ¼ teaspoon of vanilla oil
  • 1 scoop of Sparkle Skin Boost with Verisol

 

Whizz all the ingredients in a high-speed blender until thick and smooth. Top with berries, banana, granola, and banana. You don’t have to stop there and we urge you to try super foods like chia seeds, goji berries, mulberries, cacao nibs, and coconut flakes.
