How To Make Your Acai Bowl Sparkle

There are so many ways to make an acai bowl and there are no rules except making it the way you like it.

At Sparkle HQ, we love a super-thick acai smoothie as the base and then go crazy with the toppings.

Recipe:

  • 1 tablespoon acai powder
  • 1 tablespoon protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground oats
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup mixed frozen berries
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 scoop Sparkle Skin Boost with Verisol

Put all the ingredients in a high-speed blender. Add a little water if the smoothie is too thick to move.

For our toppings, we love granola, coconut flakes, goji berries, fresh blueberriies and cacao nibs.

The high anti-oxidant level of this potent breakfast will help put a radiant glow to your skin while the collagen peptides will keep skin happily plump.

It’s the ultimate beauty breakfast that is both delicious and satisfying.
