Swiss Chard Tropical Smoothie

Swiss Chard Tropical Smoothie

There’s no doubt that we love our spinach and kale. But when it comes to greens, we like to switch it up here at Sparkle HQ.

There’s no better way to make sure you have a date with different types of leafy veggies so you can tap into various vitamins and minerals.

Today we are featuring the rainbow-colored Swiss chard as a great addition to your morning smoothie.

Recipe:

  • ¼ cup frozen pineapple
  • ¼ cup frozen mango
  • 3 large Swiss chard leaves
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon protein powder
  • 1½ cup water
  • 1 scoop Sparkle Skin Boost

Swiss chard is actually very mild in flavor (kinda like spinach but with colorful stems!) but we thought a tropical-tasting smoothie would win over skeptics.

Tip: We’ll like to stress that Sparkle Skin Boost is a complementary element to your skincare regimen and daily nutrition. To stop the habit from feeling like it gets old after a while, try to find different ways to add some Sparkle to your daily routine!
