Sparkle With Rainbow Wraps

Sparkle With Rainbow Wraps

At Sparkle HQ, we are big fans of quick meals that are nutrient dense and big on flavor.

Instead of a conventional wrap, rainbow Swiss chard leaves are great as a leafy swap — it’s literally a salad wrap!

Top the big leaves with quinoa, black-eyed peas, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber with a big drizzle of our Sparkle-infused citrus salad dressing.

Recipe:

  • 3 large Swiss chard leaves
  • 1 cup cooked blacked-eyed peas
  • 2 cups cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cucumber, chopped
  • 1/2  lemon, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 scoop of Sparkle Skin Boost with Verisol

Directions:

Assemble all the ingredients on each Swiss chard leaf. Mix the lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil and Sparkle powder, then drizzle generously over each wrap.
